Cherry Hill Fire Academy Class 14-23 Graduation

Congratulations to Class 14-23 who graduated from the Cherry Hill Fire Academy, Friday, May 16th. Probationary Firefighters Michael B. Kinky, Michael M. Miller and Andrew M. Gresko will begin their careers with the Cherry Hill Fire Department.

                            

Michael Kinky is assigned to Ladder 24 A Group 

Michael Miller is assigned to Squrt 51 B Group

Andrew Gresko is assigned to Squad 13 C Group

These men will complete one year as probationary firefighters in their newly assigned stations. They will continue to be educated within a company environment mentored by senior firefighters and officers.

CHFD Participates in Eastern Division of the IAFC

Retired Chief Alan Brunacini - Lieutenant Brett DeLucca - Battalion Chief Chris Callan

On May 9th & 10th the Evesham Fire Department hosted the Eastern Division of the International Fire Chiefs Association Conference.  

Cherry Hill Fire Department Battalion Chief Chris Callan and Lieutenant Brett DeLucca participated in a discussion forum with Retired Chief Alan Brunacini and other New Jersey fire service leaders regarding incident management and the implementation of the Blue Card Process.  

The Blue Card Command Certification Program is a state of the art training and certification system that teaches Company and Command Officers how to standardize local incident operations across their organization.
